Anxiety Sources for Men and Women

By: MariusG2009

Both men and women have problems with anxiety, so let's see what frightens them most:

1. She: Extra weight

Yes, usually women are on diets, go to the gym and long for being slim, although they do not want to give up on eating tasty food and delicious chocolate.

2. He: The “dimension” given by nature

A great fear of all men is being told they have a small “Johnson”. It is a great fear and it's easy to understand how depressed they become if their lover makes suggestions they should have been better "equipped".

3. She: Fear of old age

When a woman thinks about old age, she thinks about wrinkles and plastic surgery. Even young women are afraid of this, so they buy the best cosmetics and go to the best spas.

4. He: Fear of impotence

The men who are macho have an anxiety – lack of potency. Only the thought that in some years they will not be able to perform sexually and embarrass themselves because of a failure, makes them freak out. The idea of not being able to father children is another source of fear.

5. She: Fear of solitude

There are women who meditate on the possibility of not getting married so the question "what am I supposed to do without a family?" makes them unhappy. They need to feel secure, protected by a man, lover or husband.

6. He: Lack of money

Men feel more responsible when it comes to money while they are in a relationship. They want to be providers, so, the idea they will not be able to do it, scares them. An impressive bank account makes them feel safe and their worries about the future just vanish.

7. She: Failure at the work place

Women are interested in the household, family, gossip but also their careers. They want better jobs, more responsibilities and success.

8. He: Height and looks related to hair

At the question "Short and bald?", "No way!" is the answer of any man. Men reject the idea of losing their hair, or being shorter than their girlfriend or wife.
