Does A Break Up With Your Ex Have You Confused?

There are few things in life harder than having a relationship go wrong, a relationship that you really want to work. The destruction is not something you can describe to friends, family and loved ones. It just overtakes everything in your life.

The saying little black cloud following you around really is an understatement. It is more like a large thunderstorm. Your energy level has gone to zip and your eyes are constantly red and puffy from the lack of being able to control the tears. There is a knot in your stomach. Either you are eating like no tomorrow or you can't stand the sight of food. Yes, I've been there.

I know it is tougher than anything you have ever done, but you must pull yourself together and get focused. It is decision time.

Are you asking yourself, should I get back with my ex? Do you want the relationship back? This is going to take some deep thought. You must measure all the good and bad. Make a list. On one side of the paper are all the positive items. Everything you miss about him/her. Items that you loved about your relationship. On the other side of the paper, list all the cons. Be honest with yourself. What drove you crazy? What could you do without in another relationship? Now you have a good place to start. Are you going to let the relationship go OR are you going to get busy and fight?

Sitting on the coach with you tissues is not going to get him/her back. If your decision is to repair this relationship, now is the time. Are you ready to create a clean slate and a second chance? Are you ready to get you ex back? I know you may think it is not possible, but you must try. Couples break up and make up every day. You just need some help in the "making up" department! Just think, if you have made the decision to make a Positive move in the right direction, now is the time to follow through.
