When most men ask themselves how to flirt with a girl they are really wondering how to talk to women with that certain appeal of a James Bond or a similar motion picture star.

Charisma, it seems, is the holy grail of flirting that all seem to be striving for when learning how to flirt and how to charm women. Besides when people talk about supposed naturals, men with the innate skill to chat and flirt with women, they are frequently speaking about that quality of charisma that surrounds them.

Also what makes celebrities so fascinating to the public eye is exactly that: Charisma. Naturally, this is also influenced by rhetorical skills but it appears that those skills can only form with the appropriate emotional intelligence.

Putting this principle into context with the ability to flirt, you have got to learn to anticipate what a girl might feel in the moment and simultaneously guide them through strong feelings with your flirting conversation whilst not being influenced by her feelings yourself.

2) Needing self-confidence to be successful attracting women or leading countries through politics is well-known and it is luckily also learnable. Confidence comes through competence and the best tactic is still to go out there and actually flirt as opposed to just reading about how to flirt with a girl.

3) The very last insight stems from from Gloria Beck, famous author and rhetorician, who discovered that we tend to conceive someone as charismatic if they are different from ourselves. Different in a way we would like to be. So as you might see when flirting with a girl it is not worthwhile to just agree with her on everything she says as countless men do.

To the contrary if you disagree with a woman periodically but in a confident or clever way it only makes you more charismatic and therefore more attractive.
